Oh, it's quite easy to put up! You go to your blog's "design" option, then to layouts. In layouts, you should see an "add a gadget" button. Scroll through the list of gadget options until you come to the "add a picture" option. Click that. Upload the banner. While the picture is uploading, also add the link in the appropriate box (it's all right there and easy to see).
