As the Wood Thrush Calls
The princess dreams,
Of
flowing streams,
As the wood thrush calls.
Her home a flame,
A dragon to blame,
As the wood thrush calls.
Her heart is taken,
She is mistaken,
As the wood thrush calls.
A fiery death,
A hopeless breath,
As the wood thrush calls.
Her hearts desire,
A dragons fire,
As the wood thrush calls.
But he finds her
And she finds him
As the wood thrush calls.
As she has found her friend,
So this story must end,
As the wood thrush calls.
